Installation Guide

How to Apply VENSEAL™ Tyre Sealant

Before You Begin

⚠️ Safety First

  • Wear eye protection during installation
  • Work in a well-ventilated area
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets
  • Do not use on fully worn-out tyres
  • Have water ready for cleanup in case of spills

What You'll Need:

Step-by-Step Installation

1

Shake the Bottle

Shake the VENSEAL™ bottle vigorously for 30-60 seconds to ensure the sealant is properly mixed.

2

Position the Valve

Position the tyre valve at the bottom (6 o'clock position) to make application easier.

3

Remove the Valve Core

Using a valve core removal tool, unscrew and remove the valve core. If you don't have a tool, you can inject through the valve without removal, but it will be slower.

4

Attach the Applicator

Attach the hose from the VENSEAL™ bottle to the valve stem. Ensure it's securely connected.

5

Inject the Sealant

Squeeze the bottle firmly to inject the sealant into the tyre. Apply the recommended dosage (see table below).

6

Reinstall the Valve Core

Once the sealant is injected, reinstall the valve core and tighten it securely.

7

Inflate the Tyre

Inflate the tyre to the recommended pressure as specified by your vehicle manufacturer.

8

Distribute the Sealant

Drive the vehicle immediately for at least 5-10 minutes to distribute the sealant evenly inside the tyre.

Recommended Dosage

Vehicle Type Front Tyre Rear Tyre Total per Vehicle
Scooters 250ml 250ml 500ml (1 bottle)

💡 Pro Tip

For best results, apply VENSEAL™ to clean, dry tyres. The sealant works best when applied to tyres in good condition with minimal wear.

After Installation

Troubleshooting

Problem: Sealant is difficult to inject

Solution: Ensure the valve core is removed completely. Shake the bottle more vigorously and try again.

Problem: Tyre won't hold air after application

Solution: The puncture might be larger than 4mm, or the tyre may have sidewall damage. Please consult a tyre professional.

Problem: Sealant leaks when attaching to valve

Solution: Ensure the connection is tight. You may need to replace the valve stem if it's damaged.
